Individual therapy sessions are typically available in 30-, 45-, and 60-minute formats. The 30-minute option is available for established clients only.

Couples sessions may be 45, 60, or 80 minutes depending on your needs and treatment plan.

Mind Over Matter Therapy currently accepts Cigna and Aetna.

Insurance coverage and out-of-pocket responsibility can vary by individual plan, so clients are encouraged to verify their behavioral health benefits before beginning services.

Private-pay fees vary depending on the type and length of session.

HSA/FSA accounts and major credit cards are also accepted.

Mind Over Matter Therapy requires at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Yes. Mind Over Matter Therapy offers telehealth services for eligible clients.

Availability depends on professional licensing requirements and the client's physical location at the time of the session.

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

Therapy may be helpful if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, navigating a transition, experiencing relationship challenges, processing trauma, exploring identity or sexuality, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself.

Your initial consultation is also an opportunity to ask questions and determine whether the therapeutic relationship feels like the right fit.

Mind Over Matter Therapy provides services for teens through older adults.

Services are tailored to each client's individual needs, experiences, identities, relationships, and stage of life.

There is no single timeline for therapy.

Some clients come to therapy with a specific concern they want to address, while others benefit from longer-term support.

The length and frequency of therapy depend on your goals, needs, progress, and the type of support you're seeking. Treatment is discussed collaboratively and can be adjusted over time.
